Our fees range from $22 - $155 & are based on the type of appointment, practitioner & the appointment duration.

We allocate 45-60 minutes for our initial consultations, and 30 minutes for our standard subsequent consults.
We also offer long consults (45-75 minutes) for those with multiple concerns. This typically allows adequate time for: unforeseen circumstances, paperwork, further questions, tests, treatment and guidance with treatment planning and exercise prescription.

Yes, there will be time to do treatment in your first session.
We begin by taking a thorough history and assessment of your complaint and immediately start to create a individualised plan for you & your condition and outline your goals. We find that often allowing the client to tell us everything, rather than us leading the conversation; not only ensures that we find the root cause but also speeds our sessions up. This allows us to spend more time focusing on the most important thing – making you feel better and working towards reaching your full potential.

Yes! We can help you claim your insurance rebate onsite, with our HICAPS system.
Each insurance policy is different and depending on your level of cover, this rebate can range between $10 up to the full cost of the consultation.
To claim, just bring your private insurance card and we can help you with the rest. -
Yes, we accept Medicare EPC plans and workcover insurance cases.
Both of these things can be issued by your doctor for Chiropractic care.
MEDICARE EPC
Medicare Rebates under EPC are claimable on the spot. Please note that we do not bulk bill and all consults under a Medicare plan at Sol Health Studio require a gap payment.WORK COVER / CTP INSURANCE
Our practitioners are qualified to treat under the NSW workers compensation system. All you need to do is notify our team when making an appointment and provide the appropriate paperwork (Workcover Certificate, claim number and case manager details).

No. You’re able to see any of our health providers without a referral from your Doctor. However, if you intend to use any Workcover / CTP insurance, Medicare or DVA, we will require the appropriate paperwork.

We request you to wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move or help expose the area of complaint.
We also request that you bring any relevant documents i.e. (referral letters, radiology reports, scans) that can help us understand your problem better. -
Cancellation & Non-Attendance policy:
At Sol Health, we pride ourselves in providing high-quality services for all our patients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and people need to make changes to their schedules. Sol Health runs by an appointment based system. Our practitioners value each patient's time and request that you respect their's in return - our team have allocated their time to support and care for you. Therefore, we kindly require any appointment changes to be made at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled time. This allows adequate time to accommodate for those who may be waiting on any vacancies.
A simple courtesy email/text/call/voicemail would be appreciated if you are unable to make your appointment.
Any changes made within twenty-four (24) hours will incur a $45 fee (for individual appointments), or full fee for Group Pilates classes.Any changes within two (3) hours or non-attendance will incur the full consultation fee.
