PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Pregnancy & Postpartum Support
The pregnancy and postpartum journey is a transformative and rewarding experience, filled with moments of joy and growth.
However,
it can also be overwhelming and occasionally achy.
Chiropractic & Physiotherapy care for your pregnancy and postpartum journey can help relieve aches & pain, while supporting and educating you on your body.
Throughout the journey, you will be provided with gentle manual care, education, advice, suitable exercises, acupressure & partner stretches to help optimise your pregnancy.
Optimising your pregnancy can reduce body discomfort, labor pain and labor time, as well as promote faster, healthier postpartum recovery.
Additionally, we can connect you to our network of trusted private midwives, doulas, lactation consultants and birthing educators to help you achieve your birthing goals.

ROXY
Clinical Midwifery Specialist (CSM)
-
Roxy is a highly experienced midwife, nurse, and educator with a calm, compassionate approach to supporting families through one of life’s most tender transitions — pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum months.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Roxy brings both deep knowledge and genuine care to her work. Her focus is on helping new and expecting parents feel confident, supported and informed — especially through the postpartum period, which she believes deserves just as much care and attention as birth itself.
Roxy offers a range of holistic services including:
Pregnancy, birth & parenting workshops
Breastfeeding support + newborn care guidance
Postpartum check-ins & emotional recovery sessions
Birth education for both mums & partners
Her sessions go beyond just the clinical — they’re a space to debrief, decompress, and ask the real questions that often go unanswered in more traditional settings.
After many years teaching antenatal classes at a major Sydney hospital, Roxy felt drawn to create something more personal — a space where every parent feels safe to be honest, where there’s no such thing as a silly question, and where the highs and lows of new parenthood are equally welcomed.
Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or navigating the transition to life with a newborn, Roxy’s guidance is always grounded in honesty, education and emotional support. She’s passionate about working with both mums and birthing partners to foster connection, reduce anxiety, and build lasting confidence.
Or need a refresh with your second, third (or more) bub?
We know every pregnancy, birth and baby is different — Roxy offers space to reconnect with your instincts, fill in any knowledge gaps, and feel supported no matter how many times you’ve done this before.
TINA
Chiropractor
-
Tina is a passionate chiropractor and co-founder of Sol*, with a deep commitment to supporting pregnant women, new mums, and their families throughout every stage of their journey — from early pregnancy through to postnatal recovery and beyond.
With a special interest in pregnancy and post-partum care, Tina creates a calm, informed and supportive space for women to feel seen, heard, and physically cared for. Her work centres on keeping women comfortable, mobile and empowered through the physical demands of pregnancy and early motherhood.
Tina integrates techniques from Spinning Babies®, Optimal Maternal Positioning, and clinical Pilates, helping women optimise space for their growing baby, ease tension and discomfort, and prepare their body for an empowered birth. She also works closely with birth partners — offering practical tools to support connection, reduce stress, and work with the body during labour.
Postnatally, Tina helps mothers navigate recovery with confidence — offering gentle, tailored care to restore function, manage pain, and rebuild strength safely.
She combines hands-on chiropractic care with movement-based rehabilitation, drawing on her experience in Pilates, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting to support women from all backgrounds — whether they’re new to exercise or returning to high-performance training.
Tina also supports:
Paediatric care for newborns and children
Chronic pain + injury prevention
Women navigating perimenopause or ongoing hormonal shifts
Her approach is gentle, research-informed, and grounded in the belief that every woman deserves support, education and the space to feel strong in her body.
