    Tina has a special interest in providing education & creating a supportive space for expecting mothers & new mothers - specifically in the Western Sydney region. She brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her practice. Whether you’re navigating the physical changes of pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or managing chronic pain, she’s here to support you. Her expertise includes prenatal and postnatal care, and tailored exercise programs designed to enhance overall well-being and prevent injuries.

    Tina practices in varying systems of exercise, specifically, Pilates, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. This has allowed Tina to stay up-to-date with research and gives her a personal experience in performance & injury management.

NICO EBILANE

    Nico's warm and welcoming nature creates a sense of calm and openness in the clinic, which is evident in the care he provides. He uses an empathetic, evidence-based, and patient centered approach, striving to deliver the highest quality of care. Nico values empowering his patients, ensuring they go home equipped with the tools necessary for their recovery.

    With experience in state, national, and international levels of basketball, Nico brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice in athletic performance, sideline injury management and prevention.

    Currently, Nico is learning the ropes with CrossFit.

    Ethan is a holistic & passionate chiropractor who champions people’s health & wellbeing.

    Curious about anatomy, sports and health, Ethan sees chiropractic as a means to bridge the three, to educate his patient’s understanding of pain whilst journeying with people as they heal. To uphold this standard, he continues to stay up to date with evidence-based practices to provide the best quality healthcare.

    When he’s not in clinic, Ethan serves as a Youth Worker in his local community, which has also deeply influenced his eagerness to help others. He enjoys conversing with others over good food, getting sunburnt at the beach and loves losing his voice over karaoke.

    Amilie is highly committed and passionate about conservative management care through chiropractic and strives to learn and deliver high quality care to everyone. Having grown up in a big family of 6 kids, this has deeply influenced her curiosity into women’s health, pre and post-natal care as well as paediatric care. She values making sure her patients feel heard and informed throughout the whole treatment process.

    Outside of work, Amilie enjoys staying active and spending time with friends, family and her two cats, you may usually catch her playing casual sports such as badminton and oztag. Her new interest at the moment is working on her bouldering skills.

    Jess is a dedicated physiotherapist specialising in women's health and injury management. 

    Understanding the frustration of being injured and unable to participate in daily activities or training, Jess is committed to educating and empowering her patients. She combines evidence-based techniques with a warm, empathetic approach to help her patients recover and thrive. She focuses on helping them return to the activities they love while promoting long-term health and vitality.

    Having competed in two powerlifting competitions, Jess has developed a keen interest in treating individuals at all levels of gym training.

    Anthony is a dedicated and patient-focused physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, recover confidently, and return to the activities they enjoy.

    With a strong belief in exercise as medicine, Anthony uses movement and strength-based rehabilitation as key tools in both recovery and long-term health. Supported by a solid foundation in human movement and biomechanics, he combines hands-on treatment, education, and active rehabilitation to help patients better understand their pain and build confidence in their bodies.

    Anthony values evidence-based practice and takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with patients to create individualised treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyle. Through his own experience with sporting injuries, Anthony appreciates the challenges of pain, setbacks, and the process of returning to activity. This experience has shaped his empathetic and practical approach to rehabilitation.

    Outside of the clinic, Anthony enjoys going to the gym, running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his dog.

    She is known for her warm and caring approach, taking the time to truly listen so her patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their recovery. Maitreyi is deeply committed to making sure each person feels comfortable and cared for, especially when dealing with sensitive concerns or long-standing pain.

    Her practice is grounded in collaboration, working closely with each patient to understand their goals, tailor their treatment, and create an experience that feels empowering and positive. She values building trust, offering clear guidance, and making sure her patients feel informed every step of the way. 

    Outside of work, Maitreyi enjoys exploring her creative hobbies, staying active and building her strength, and spending quality time with friends, activities that keep her grounded, energised, and inspired in her work.

ROXANNE TJEN

CLINICAL MIDWIFERY SPECIALIST

  • Roxy is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Celebrant with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of parenthood. She has a special focus on the postpartum period, offering tailored guidance and education to help new parents feel confident, informed, and less anxious as they adjust to life with their baby.

    Roxy provides a range of services, including pregnancy, birthing, and parenting workshops designed to prepare both mums and their birthing partners for the challenges ahead. She also offers breastfeeding support for mothers needing assistance, as well as postpartum care to help mums debrief, decompress, and navigate the demands of new parenthood.

    After teaching childbirth and parenting classes at a major hospital in Sydney, Roxy sought to create a more personal, supportive environment where parents could openly discuss the highs and lows of their experience. With a compassionate and practical approach, she’s dedicated to walking alongside families at every step of the journey.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

  • Tom is passionate about sports, fitness, and health, with a strong belief in the power of movement and exercise. He is an advocate for remedial massage, seeing it as a way to unlock confidence and comfort in movement while optimizing recovery. Tom is dedicated to helping individuals—especially those with active lifestyles—boost their recovery and performance, whether they’re recovering from an injury or simply looking to enhance their overall fitness.

    In addition to hands-on treatments, Tom offers online coaching for strength and conditioning, tailored to meet the needs of people at all fitness levels. His approach blends physical therapy with fitness coaching to help clients improve mobility, prevent injuries, and achieve their personal fitness goals.

RECEPTIONIST

  • Layla is one of the newest faces at SOL and often the first person you'll see when you walk through the doors. Whilst balancing school and work, she brings warmth, energy, and a genuine interest to get to know others. Grateful to be part of the team, Layla is excited to learn and grow alongside those around her.

    With a strong interest in how people think, learn, and feel, she’s considering a future in education or psychology. Whether welcoming patients or chatting between appointments, Layla loves a good conversation to connect. 

    Outside of SOL, she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her siblings—some of whom also work at the clinic or gym.

MARLA DESPI

RECEPTIONIST

  • Reception | Year 11 Student | Future Chiro in the Making
    Marla is the friendly face you'll often see at the front desk—and the second youngest member of the SOL Health team (2 minutes older than her twin sister - Layla).

    Currently in Year 11, Marla balances school, soccer, and her role at SOL with a calm and grounded presence beyond her years. She brings a warm energy to the clinic and loves connecting with patients through a friendly chat or a welcoming smile.

    With a growing passion for health and wellbeing, Marla aspires to become a chiropractor and is soaking up everything she can from the team around her.

RECEPTIONIST

ANNA AMOS

  • Anna is one of our receptionists. If you don’t recognise her by her friendly smile, you’ll definitely recognise her rambunctious laugh. 

    Anna brings to the desk (literally) a great love for serving people. Outside the clinic, she is deeply involved in youth ministry through her church and diocese, and she carries that same care and warmth into her work here. Have a yap with her and you’ll feel that love for sure.

    She also has a diverse sporting background, having played university national-level basketball, local oztag competitions, and dancing casually. Whatever sporting injury you come in with, she’s probably had it.

    Outside of the clinic, Anna is a photographer/videographer who specialises in sports content creation. If you see her at a stadium, you’ll definitely see her with a camera in hand.

    Meet Tigs, our therapy dog in training who is already beginning to create a more comforting, human‑centred clinical experience.

    Research shows that therapy dogs can meaningfully reduce patient anxiety, blood pressure, and pain while also boosting mood, easing emotional distress, and fostering a more positive environment for everyone—patients, families, and staff alike.

    Whether it's a soothing paw on a frazzled arm or a gentle nudge during a stressful moment, Tigs is helping to steer our clinic toward more compassionate, evidence‑based care, one wag at a time.
