    Tina has a special interest in providing education & creating a supportive space for expecting mothers & new mothers - specifically in the Western Sydney region. She brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her practice. Whether you’re navigating the physical changes of pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or managing chronic pain, she’s here to support you. Her expertise includes prenatal and postnatal care, and tailored exercise programs designed to enhance overall well-being and prevent injuries.

    Tina practices in varying systems of exercise, specifically, Pilates, Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. This has allowed Tina to stay up-to-date with research and gives her a personal experience in performance & injury management.

NICO EBILANE

    Nico's warm and welcoming nature creates a sense of calm and openness in the clinic, which is evident in the care he provides. He uses an empathetic, evidence-based, and patient centered approach, striving to deliver the highest quality of care. Nico values empowering his patients, ensuring they go home equipped with the tools necessary for their recovery.

    With experience in state, national, and international levels of basketball, Nico brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice in athletic performance, sideline injury management and prevention.

    Currently, Nico is learning the ropes with CrossFit.

    Jess is a dedicated physiotherapist specialising in women's health and injury management. 

    Understanding the frustration of being injured and unable to participate in daily activities or training, Jess is committed to educating and empowering her patients. She combines evidence-based techniques with a warm, empathetic approach to help her patients recover and thrive. She focuses on helping them return to the activities they love while promoting long-term health and vitality.

    Having competed in two powerlifting competitions, Jess has developed a keen interest in treating individuals at all levels of gym training.

    Ethan is a holistic & passionate chiropractor who champions people’s health & wellbeing.

    Curious about anatomy, sports and health, Ethan sees chiropractic as a means to bridge the three, to educate his patient’s understanding of pain whilst journeying with people as they heal. To uphold this standard, he continues to stay up to date with evidence-based practices to provide the best quality healthcare.

    When he’s not in clinic, Ethan serves as a Youth Worker in his local community, which has also deeply influenced his eagerness to help others. He enjoys conversing with others over good food, getting sunburnt at the beach and loves losing his voice over karaoke.

ROXANNE TJEN

CLINICAL MIDWIFERY SPECIALIST

  • Roxy is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Celebrant with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of parenthood. She has a special focus on the postpartum period, offering tailored guidance and education to help new parents feel confident, informed, and less anxious as they adjust to life with their baby.

    Roxy provides a range of services, including pregnancy, birthing, and parenting workshops designed to prepare both mums and their birthing partners for the challenges ahead. She also offers breastfeeding support for mothers needing assistance, as well as postpartum care to help mums debrief, decompress, and navigate the demands of new parenthood.

    After teaching childbirth and parenting classes at a major hospital in Sydney, Roxy sought to create a more personal, supportive environment where parents could openly discuss the highs and lows of their experience. With a compassionate and practical approach, she’s dedicated to walking alongside families at every step of the journey.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

  • Tom is passionate about sports, fitness, and health, with a strong belief in the power of movement and exercise. He is an advocate for remedial massage, seeing it as a way to unlock confidence and comfort in movement while optimizing recovery. Tom is dedicated to helping individuals—especially those with active lifestyles—boost their recovery and performance, whether they’re recovering from an injury or simply looking to enhance their overall fitness.

    In addition to hands-on treatments, Tom offers online coaching for strength and conditioning, tailored to meet the needs of people at all fitness levels. His approach blends physical therapy with fitness coaching to help clients improve mobility, prevent injuries, and achieve their personal fitness goals.

RECEPTIONIST

  • Layla is one of the newest faces at SOL and often the first person you'll see when you walk through the doors. Whilst balancing school and work, she brings warmth, energy, and a genuine interest to get to know others. Grateful to be part of the team, Layla is excited to learn and grow alongside those around her.

    With a strong interest in how people think, learn, and feel, she’s considering a future in education or psychology. Whether welcoming patients or chatting between appointments, Layla loves a good conversation to connect. 

    Outside of SOL, she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her siblings—some of whom also work at the clinic or gym.

VALAURY JOCSON

    Valaury brings a unique blend of scientific precision, tech-savviness, and compassionate client care to the front desk at SOL Health Studio.

    Currently completing her Bachelor of Medical Science (Pathology) and Certificate III in Fitness, Valaury understands both the clinical and practical sides of health. She’s passionate about creating a seamless experience for clients—from their first booking to ongoing care—and thrives on making everyone feel seen, supported, and understood.

    With a background in software development and customer service, she’s also the quiet force behind SOL’s growing systems, helping streamline communication, patient intake, and clinic operations.

  • Reception | Year 11 Student | Future Chiro in the Making
    Marla is the friendly face you'll often see at the front desk—and the second youngest member of the SOL Health team (2 minutes older than her twin sister - Layla).

    Currently in Year 11, Marla balances school, soccer, and her role at SOL with a calm and grounded presence beyond her years. She brings a warm energy to the clinic and loves connecting with patients through a friendly chat or a welcoming smile.

    With a growing passion for health and wellbeing, Marla aspires to become a chiropractor and is soaking up everything she can from the team around her.
