  • Remedial massage therapy uses therapeutic techniques to treat muscles that feel knotted, tense, stiff or damaged.

    Remedial massage is a key component of sports medicine, but is beneficial for anyone suffering from pain or injury in a particular area of the body. It can be used in conjunction with chiropractic & rehabilitation for pain management & improved recovery.

    Our Clinical Midwifery Specialist (CMS) Roxy offers advanced midwifery care for women with more complex needs during pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.   • Pilates is a system of low impact exercises. All movements are inclusive and accessible to everybody in every life stage.

    Our sessions will both energise and challenge you to build mobility, strength and stability.

    We offer Pilates in group classes, private or duet sessions in a boutique studio setting.

    Private & Duets:

    • Personally designed for each client based on their goals and functional needs. With a mixture of Pilates Chair, Pilates Arc Barrels & Mat exercises.

    Mat Group Class:

    • Engage in a full-body workout that emphasises core strength, flexibility and stability.

    • Experience the supportive atmosphere of a group setting as you sculpt your body and improve your over-all wellbeing.

  • Joint mobilization and manipulations are hands-on techniques used to improve joint mobility and reduce pain. Mobilisation involves gentle movements of the joint, while manipulation applies a controlled force to the joint to restore normal range of motion, alleviate restrictions and stimulates the nervous system. These techniques can enhance joint function, reduce stiffness, and promote overall musculoskeletal health.

  • Dry needling is a therapeutic technique involving the insertion of fine needles into muscle trigger points, tendons, ligaments, or fascia to relieve pain and improve muscle function. It targets areas of muscle tightness and discomfort, promoting relaxation and restoring optimal movement patterns.

  • Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate the body's natural healing process. It's effective for musculoskeletal conditions, promoting tissue regeneration, reducing pain, and improving mobility.
